What this website does with your information, which is very little.
Last updated 25 July 2026.
Who you are dealing with
Zach Lagden, a sole trader based in Ascot, Berkshire. No company, no team. When you deal with me, you deal with me.
I am not registered for VAT, so there is no VAT to add to any price on this site or on an invoice.
Email me at zach@zachlagden.uk. If you need my full trading address for your records, ask and I will send it.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There is no contact form on this site, no login, and no tracking that follows you around the internet.
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they look at. It sets no cookies, builds no profile, and does not tell me who you are.
The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading this page does not report you to a font company.
If you get in touch
If you email or message me, I keep that conversation so I can remember what we said.
I do not add anyone to a mailing list, send marketing, or pass anyone's details on.
If you become a client
I keep what I need to do the work and keep proper business records: your contact details, what we agreed, and invoices.
Invoices have to be kept for several years for tax purposes, so those stay after a project ends.
If your site is on the Complete option, enquiries from your own customers pass through my systems on the way to you. That information is yours and I do not use it for anything else.
What you can ask me to do
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will sort it, other than anything I am legally required to keep.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
If any of this is unclear, or you want something explained before you agree to it, email me and I will answer plainly. You can also go back to what Zach actually does.
